SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery of goods in Israel:
• By DHL courier, door to door
• Pickup by prior arrangement with the studio.
Shipping worldwide:
• By Fedex courier, door to door
All orders are insured for the full value of the goods.
Each piece of jewelry comes individually wrapped.
The responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided when placing an order lies with the buyer. This information is used to deliver the order to its destination.
If you provide incorrect identification information when placing an order, we cannot guarantee that the products will reach you. In the event that products are returned to the website owner due to incorrect information you provided, you will be charged a handling and shipping fee. Please be sure to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
Please note: If you are ordering to a business address, please include the company name next to the customer's name.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Cancellations
A purchase can be canceled within 48 hours of the date the order was placed, if it has not yet been shipped to the buyer, without being charged a cancellation fee.
If the purchase is canceled after the above period (regardless of whether the product was sent or not), a cancellation fee of 5% of the total order amount, but not less than 100 shekels, will be charged.
In the event that the order has already been shipped to the buyer, the shipping cost will not be refunded and it will be the responsibility of the client to return the product to the website owner.
Notice of cancellation of a purchase by a customer will only be made by email to shapirit.jewelryhouse@gmail.com
The Website Owner reserves the right to cancel a purchase at any time by notifying the customer via email and providing the customer with a refund.
Return
The Company will accept returns of goods purchased through this website within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the options described below, only if it has not been used, in its original packaging and without damage and / or signs of wear, along with the original invoice.

For the avoidance of doubt, returns that are not in the original packaging or that have already been used will not be accepted.
When returning an item, 5% of the total transaction amount will be deducted as a cancellation fee, but not less than NIS 100, whichever is the lower amount.
Shipping charges will not be refunded in the event of a return and the customer is responsible for returning the product to the website owner.
The right to return an item is subject to additional provisions set forth in Section 14c of the Consumer Law, 5511-1981.
You also have the option of receiving a personalized credit voucher - any item purchased on this website can be exchanged or converted into a credit voucher in the amount of the actual fee paid on the website for the returned item. The voucher can be used for the period indicated on it, starting from the date of issue and for a period of 12 months on our website.
